It's well known about black metal bands that they play brutal music and boast about their spectacular and evil image. They have an effect like they are full of hate against everything Christian. Not different is the case of Horncrowned, which declare at the cover of their CD Satanic Armageddon, that they play the best black metal in the purest form. They, with their “hyper fast machine” set out into the fight against Christianity and white metal. They play the extreme militant black metal and in their fight they head for total domination of Satan. Hmmm... Really daring statement (until I listen to their CD).

The booklet is very well made and someone apparently invested a lot of work in it. Charges everywhere, pictures of tanks and the members of the band aren't missing too and they present themselves in the roughest appearances (warpaint, spikes, pentagrams, gun belts, etc.). This all gives some kick to the booklet. And to this all dominates the goat warrior standing at the tank.

But now it's time to describe the music. Well, they really didn't lie in their statements. These guys from South America are really decided about which way their steps will take. Satanic Armageddon rumbles with merciless tornado without chance to enjoy any slower part. Forget about any gentle atmospheric black metal. This is uncompromising war and their style labeling “hyper fast church burning black metal” really fits. I listen to the CD and try to catch on some piece, according to which I could highlight or criticize, but really brutal vortex keeps rolling over me and ends with battle turmoil (shots and explosions). Really merciless black metal.

Horncrowned In their lyrics belaud the power of war machines, Satan, and on their album full of blasphemy they propagate war and fight for domination of Satan. It's a pity that the lyrics are full of grammatic errors and this sinks my rating.
