So tell me something about your band IAM for the beginning...

I'm preparing the material for the next, third, CD. I hope I'll make till the end of this year. Now I have to find some label. The style is death metal, but in a little different direction than the previous CD. And we're now already in the full line-up. 2 guitars, bass and live drummer... No drum machine.

How did you get the idea of playing such music style as death metal?

I don't know... It's already a awfully long time ago. I began in eighties to listen to Venom, Kreator, Slayer, Metallica, IM... and then came Death and all was clear. This music style is the best in the world and I wouldn't probably like to play anything else.

Do you earn your living with music or is it just a hobby?

I don't. It's a pity. It's just a hobby... My family would starve to death :D I've got a normal job. Working in automotive industry in one German company.

What's your highest goal in the music?

So that it has as many listeners as possible.

You played a lot of gigs, which was the best for you?

All were good.

Where can the fans see you this year?

I've nothing scheduled, but we'll see in the autumn. I mainly attend to the new creations, but all the scheduled gigs are always at the Internet.

Where do you get your inspiration for the new works?

In my heart.

Can you also play some instrument than guitar?

I also play in one other band and play bass there. But else I also cheerly play other people's nerves.

Did you attend some music school?

No.

How do you get along with other band members?

Me well.

When you read some critique about your band, how do you response?

Nowise. Every critique is good for the band.

In one interview with you I read that you answered the question “Which music is against your hair” and your answer was that pop is cretinous music, etc. Hard words, don't you think?

Hard words? Pop is the most disgusting that exists. Idiotic inferior music junk, which has no height. Disgusting disgusting disgusting... One would throw up and shit the blood :D

The drugs are common thing in our state, what do you think about it?

I don't like drugs. It's the most inferior form of amusement. I've never taken some and I won't. And I hope that also my children will make it.

How's your relation to alcohol?

I like to drink beer. Don't drink hard alcohol. It's disgusting and one gets stoned in no time.

Do you prefer Czech or international cooking?

I'm hard-core Czech, so I like the ours the most. I also like to cook myself.

What thing can put you out of countenance the most?

Human stupidity is the biggest enemy of men. And religion too.

So back to music and one question from the history – what was the cause of your break up in 1999?

Disagreement with the other members.

What did you do the whole time? Did you play somewhere else before you renewed IAM?

No, I didn't. I lost all love love for everything concerning metal, but I simply couldn't stand it. Some years later I again took the guitar in my hands and it was clear.

Do you have some reserved clothing style in which you like to gig?

I don't. I play death metal and am no poser.

What, except for the released CD's, can you offer to your fans?

T-shirts and a good entertainment and music at my festivals.

And a closing question – how many years did it take till your hair grew so long?

Well, before military service it grew all by itself, then the green idiots cut me bare and after the awkward military service full of demented assholes and big headed mental nudes I let it grow and now it's finally longer. I cut it twice a year so that it doesn't get damaged... Well and it already lasts for 13 years.
